This meal has been a daily repeat for the past few months. It's super tasty, super nutritious, and super easy to make. It leaves me satiated for about 4-5 hours.

It's basically just muesli with an assortment of toppings. By making the muesli in bulk you can quickly prepare your toppings of choice each morning for a fast breakfast.

You can use whatever ingredients you want, but here's what I use:

Muesli recipe

Ingredients

  • Rolled oats (not quick oats)
  • Cinnamon
  • Maca powder (this will make it taste twice as good)
  • Cacao powder
  • Raisins
  • Goji berries
  • Mulberries
  • Medjool dates
  • Chia seeds
  • Sesame seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Almonds
  • Cashews
  • Walnuts
  • Coconut flakes

Instructions

Add the muesli ingredients into a large container and shake. I keep mine in the fridge but you don't have to.

Toppings recipe

Ingredients

  • Blueberries
  • Apple
  • Cashews
  • Walnuts
  • Coconut flakes
  • Almond butter
  • Chia seeds
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation

Just add it to a bowl with your choice of plant milk and you're good to go. And if you're willing to put in the effort, I recommend making your own almond milk because it tastes way better.
